1. No Refund Policy

All sales made through LorettaLegacy.com or in-store are final. We do not offer cash, credit card, or digital refunds for any reason. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. Exchange Eligibility

We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. We gladly offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date or in-store purchase.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Exchanges are valid for the same product in a different size or color, or for an item of equal value.

Items returned that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for exchange:

Custom or personalized items

Final sale items

Gift cards

Accessories or intimate apparel (if applicable)

4. How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange, please contact us at lorettalegacyarts@gmail.com with the following information:

Your full name and order number

The item(s) you wish to exchange

The reason for the exchange

The new size, color, or product you would like

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item for exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to an error or defect on our part.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost once we verify the issue.

Please include clear photos of the defect or shipping error when contacting us. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

6. Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, your replacement item will be processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been completed.
